My specialities are : Skiing et Snowboard
Originally, David only wanted to explore the ski area in the Alps… But he never left and has now been teaching for 20 years with the same passion.
For more than two decades, David has been hurtling down the slopes and communicating his passion to the greatest number. Specialised in snowboarding, he also teaches freestyle skiing in the Deux Alpes. Trilingual, he can pass on his techniques and his good advice either in French, English or Spanish.
At the age of three, David’s father transmitted him his ski techniques. After years of practice and experience, David’s desire to communicate his passion, meet new people and to teach progressively convinced him to become a ski instructor.
David adapts his teaching skills to every learner. For him, it is essential that they improve while having a good time. David only keeps good memories from this profession. In spite of his years of experience, he still enjoys noticing his learners’ satisfaction after his lessons, and declares that ‘seeing a child snowboarding with a big smile on his face is a delight!’
After having worked for years in the ESF, David asserts that technique and pleasure are the main elements its teaching is based on.
Passionate about off-piste skiing, he especially likes unwinding on the Echine des Chèvres off-piste area. Yet, it is difficult for him to choose the most beautiful ski runs in the world since every resort has lovely places you have to discover by yourself!
Davis barely leaves heights, since he works as a rope access technician. Passionate about snow sliding sports, he also likes water sports, travels and simply reading.
