My speciality is : Skiing
“L’oeil de la Muzelle vous regarde dans vos progrès !!!”
When she was only two, Claire started skiing with much enthusiasm. The sensation of freedom while sliding among a mountainous landscape appealed this local girl.
For 19 years, she has been passing on her passion with spirit and dynamism. Originally from Les Deux Alpes resort, she practiced competitive skiing until she was 16 year old. Claire also teaches cross-country skiing. She shows her professionalism and her expertise whatever your level is. Yet, she has a preference for training competitive skiers.
Claire focuses her teaching method on communication: exchange and complicity will be at the heart of her lessons.
In the Deux Alpes, Claire especially appreciates La Fée area for its diversity; it has an off-piste area, the difficulties are varied and for her, the quality of snow is exceptional there!
According to her, the Ecole du Ski Français emphasises its teaching thanks through quality teaching aids. Most of all, she likes when learners who start skiing with apprehension on the first day only wish one thing at the end of the week: coming back!
Passionate about sports in general, she also devotes her free time to trekking, mountain biking and sailing. She already had the opportunity to ski in Italy, in Switzerland, in Austria, but also in Holland, under a rounded roof!
Even though she never had the chance to instruct abroad, she already had the opportunity to organise competitions in other resorts. As a great traveller, she would advise you to try skiing on La Grave, La Meije, Kitzbuhel, Crans Montana, Saint Christophe en Oisans and La Vallée Blanche. These slopes are, for her, the most beautiful in the world.
Apart from her instructorship, Claire does not leave aside the adrenaline this sport conveys, since she also works as a first aider in hazardous environments.
